POSITION SUMMARY
Laderach N. America is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director overseeing 300+ Premium Retail Employees within our stores and leaders across the United States and Canada. Setting the HR vision for the North American population and managing all day-to-day HR activities. This role is both strategic and hands on and provides full cycle HR support and thought partnership. This role is instrumental in helping to define and implement our HR strategy to ensure we continue to build strong, highly engaged teams who are well poised for continued growth. With a deep understanding and passion for premium retail business and developing people, be a thought leader in translating business goals to HR strategy to continue to evolve the premium retail and employee experience through people first focus.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Partner with function leaders to understand business objectives and identify corresponding human resource needs; implement human resources strategy to support business objectives
- Help drive company-wide human resources strategy, programs, and processes into business divisions
- Present and facilitate trainings and meetings
- Supporting strategic objectives
- Support and administrate Talent Review and Succession planning
- Explore and apply solutions for existing and new HR practices
- Provide policy interpretation and ensures accurate and consistent application of all company policies and procedures, and related local, state and federal laws, and applicable agreements
- Serve as the primary employee relations manager to mediate and resolve employee disputes and concerns
- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
- Motivating and supporting current staff.
- Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Prepare and maintain reports related to specific HR projects.
DESIRED SKILLS
- 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources management
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to effectively lead, manage and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and set realistic goals/milestones
- Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Strong adaptability mindset and comfortable navigating through change effectively
- Good problem-solving skills
- Budget management experience
- Strong people skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- ADP knowledge a plus
